AT VYNOVA WE CREATE SOLUTIONS...

At Vynova, we believe that the unique versatility of PVC helps innovate and create unlimited sustainable solutions to everyday challenges.

In short, we believe PVC is an indispensable material for a sustainable future.

Our circular PVC resins are manufactured using circular ethylene which is produced from pyrolysis oil as feedstock.

... TO GROW SUSTAINABLY TOGETHER

This approach reduces the use of fossil feedstock conventionally used in PVC production and contributes to sustainable plastic waste management.

This results in a CO2 emission reduction of 50% compared to conventionally produced PVC with the same product properties and performance.

There is no difference in terms of recyclability between the new circular PVC resins and the conventionally produced PVC resins that are manufactured using fossil-based ethylene.

They can be both mechanically recycled several times.

Join us to take the next step in PVC's sustainability journey and grow sustainably together.

NO COMPROMISE ON QUALITY OR PERFORMANCE

Our circular PVC resins meet the exact same stringent performance criteria as our conventionally produced PVC grades.

Customers will be able to process the new PVC resins with their existing equipment, under identical process conditions.

The circular range is available for both rigid and flexible applications in all market sectors and includes a wide range of K-values.

CERTIFIED MASS BALANCE APPROACH

We selected the ISCC PLUS framework to certify our circular PVC grades according to a mass balance approach. ISCC is a globally applicable sustainability certification system that covers all sustainable feedstocks, including agricultural and forestry biomass, circular materials and renewables. The ISCC certification scheme requires strict traceability with a chain of custody based on a mass balance attribution and is verified by independent third-party auditors.
