For our site in Beek (Netherlands) we are looking for a Plant Project engineer.
Location : Vynova Beek
Position
- Deputy of the manager Maintenance & Engineering.
- Projectmanager for selected projects including project administration.
- Responsible for translating scopes into a project approach: drawing up project implementation plans and contract strategy according to the applicable rules, conditions and work processes.
- Responsible for project controls: cost estimates, planning/time allocation, cost control, cash flow management and financial status of the project, tendering and contract management in accordance with applicable Vynova standards.
- Preparation and insurance of the delivery of projects up to and including commissioning, and handover including associated manuals, documents and files.
- Manage the risks in coordination with the manager and regularly report on the progress, status of projects.
- Assess detailed technical assignments on feasibility and costs. (Co)assessing offers based on price, quality and delivery.
Profile
- A completed academic education in a technical direction, but at least a Bachelor's degree in a technical direction (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Technical Business Administration) with a subsequent Master's degree
- Knowledge of polymer techniques
- Knowledge of and experience with project management (including cost estimates)
- At least 3 years of experience as a project leader of multidisciplinary teams
- Lean Six Sigma (green or black belt)
- Knowledge of and experience with leadership and/or managerial experience
- Proficiency both in spoken and written English
