For our site in the Netherlands (Vynova Beek) we are looking for an HR manager.


As HR manager you are responsible for developing, safeguarding and implementing local policy within the framework of laws and regulations in line with the corporate strategy. You are member of the Site management team. You create added value by providing solicited and unsolicited advice, support and facilitation to management and employees of Vynova Beek B.V. in connection with all HR matters in line with the objectives and HRM policy in the broadest sense.

• Ensuring the qualitative and quantitative implementation of staffing levels in 
   relation to the budget set. In the coming years, the focus will be on recruiting and     
   employer branding.
• In the context of continuity and agility of the organization: following develop-
   ments, exploring opportunities for improvement and implementing changes.
• Expert in the field of HR-instruments: recruitment and selection, performance 
   management, career development, education and training, etc. The HR 
   manager is the supervisor of the Compliance & Training officer.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as the Works   
   Council, trade unions (CLA), HR managers Vynova and site Chemelot.
• Implementation of absenteeism control and reintegration policy in accordance 
   with the Gatekeeper Improvement Act (Wet verbetering Poortwachter); 
   chairman of the Social Medical Team consults with the occupational health 
• Coordinate the execution of HR tasks by HR Services in the area of payroll and 
   employment conditions.
• Supporting the site management team in terms of internal and external 
   communication and providing information to internal and external stakeholders  
   (employees, authorities, etc.).


Candidates must have:
• General Master degree (Economics, HR,… ) or specific HR bachelor degree.
• Knowledge of Dutch Labour Law, Works Councils Act (Wet op de 
   Ondernemingsraden), Improvement of the Gatekeeper Act (Wet verbetering 
• HR generalist with at least five years of experience as an independent HR 
   manager (operational, tactical and strategic level). 
• Good knowledge of software packages (MS Office, SAP) and social media.
• Very good in the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written.
