**On 1 February 2016, Vynova Tessenderlo NV, Vynova Runcorn Ltd and Potasse et Produits Chimiques SAS (PPC) announced that they will combine their overall sales and business management activities under Vynova International. The new integrated sales team will cover all of the chlor-alkali products being produced on these 3 sites. **

The set of products includes liquid chlorine, potassium hydroxide liquid, potassium hydroxide solid, several grades of potassium carbonate, hydrochloric acid, sodium hypochlorite and caustic soda liquid.

The team comprises 7 account managers spread over Europe. Contracting entities for the customers remain as is, being Vynova Tessenderlo NV, Vynova Runcorn Ltd and Potasse et Produits Chimiques SAS (PPC). The team is managed by Peter Oosterveer in his role of Sales & Marketing Manager. Furthermore the team is supported by two Product Managers being Jacques Sturm (for chlorine and potassium derivatives) and Marc Van Calster (for sodium hypochlorite, hydrochloric acid and caustic soda liquor).

The new combination makes Vynova International the only KOH producer in Europe who can offer their customers products from multiple sites. Potasse et Produits Chimiques SAS has completed the conversion of their cellroom in November 2015. Vynova Tessenderlo announced their conversion to membrane in August 2015. Vynova International will have production units in northern and southern Europe and will therefore become the number one supplier of potassium derivatives in Europe, with a long-term commitment to the chlor-alkali industry.
